Reflecting on 2018 – promoting a growth mindset

Atena JuszkoI’ve spent a good part of 2018 learning about fostering a growth mindset in my children, and also in the ELT classroom. I’ve been thinking of ways I could design materials that would help teachers integrate a growth mindset into their English curriculum. The results are very much a work in progress, and I still have plenty to learn, but I’m happy to share with you my second growth mindset worksheet for the ELT classroom (the first one was ‘A letter to Santa’).

This time, students will reflect on their learning in 2018 by looking at areas they succeeded in, improved in, and at areas that still need some work.
